I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Kawasaki for a business trip. The location was great, as it was not far from JR Kawasaki station and reasonably close to Haneda airport, even during rush hour. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the breakfast options were satisfying for both Japanese and Western preferences. Additionally, the hotel had useful facilities such as a convenience store on the ground floor.

The only downside was the lack of English TV channels, but with all the other positive aspects, it was a minor inconvenience.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the centre of town is convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The basic amenities provided met our needs, and the rooms, although small, were well-furnished with a sofa and small table. Additionally, having breakfast included was a nice touch.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was an occasional inconvenience with the lifts, which would stop unnecessarily at the reception on level 2.

Negative situation from database: Not too big a deal, but when you check in, you have to use a machine next to the desk to pay and get your room key, which caused a slight delay in the check-in process.

Spacious room compared to other Japanese accommodations. Secure building with keycard access. Best buffet breakfast on recent trip, mainly Japanese food with some Western options.

The room size was good, convenient location near train station & restaurants, on top of a convenience store, cozy room with great bed and excellent breakfast, busy and well-kept neighborhood with charm, perfect for business travelers with easy access to Tokyo and Yokohama city center.

Not obvious to find.

This hotel is a great choice for those wanting to be close to the beach. It is conveniently located near a Family Mart convenience store and the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast is available and offers a variety of options. There is also free wifi throughout the hotel. it's a fantastic place to stay for a beach getaway.

All was perfect.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it easy for us to get around and explore the city. The hotel is conveniently situated next to a bustling shopping street, offering plenty of activity and entertainment options. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay.
